Roy, you win this hand easily! Once spring arrives here, I'll post something more cheerful.
I saw redwings and grackles today (and flushed up a meadowlark), so the harbingers of spring have arrived.

Very nice guys, the Canadian Geese are circling in all directions, the weather is so screwed up they don't know if they are coming or going. 25 degrees F here in Northeast Ohio at 11:22 pm.

Ah, what the heck. Here's another nice springy picture of the law enforcement building a block from my office. Buds are appearing on the trees and bushes. BTW: I've discovered you don't need a perspective control lens if you have Photoshop!

About 300 yards from my den. As you see they are swans, Cygnus Cygnus A national bird (emblem) of Finland. I couldn't get closer because they are rather timid. As you see, no flowers yet and like Sidney wrote on another thread they're forecasting wet snow for tomorrow. Canon PowerShot SD850

Wayne:
Photoshop is a wonderful tool. Like playing about on an enlarger baseboard, only much more versatile. If you like perspective control, enlarge the canvas and try dragging the handles on some of the other things in Edit ->Transform, like Scale, Rotate and Skew. And if you want to get really adventurous try playing with Free Transform - but make sure you do it all on a 'save as' image, just in case.
You can, of course, also change the resolution and size for the forum without worrying about Photobucket's horrible tools.

Enough already. Please, no more sunny spring pictures. I am sitting in my home office looking out the window at - you guessed it - snow. Heavy, wet snow. Mother nature is a miserable old crone and her two rodent conspirators, the groundhogs, Wiarton Willie and Punxatawny Phil are despicable liars. Early spring, indeed.
Randy, Are you sure they are Canadian geese? Have you seen their passports or birth certificates? Every time one of those Canada (C a n a d a) Geese poops and that is very, very often, we Canadians get the blame.
Wayne, PeterW helped me better understand some of the workings of Photoshop. I will ever be grateful. It is a wonderful, versatile tool capable of incredible feats that darkroom workers could only have dreamed of. The tiny percentage of it that I know enables me to exercise controls over my photos that are a constant thrill.
Snow snow go away. I'm longing for a springlike day. Pleeease. Mickey
