I've been curious about the Olympus XA, especially after seeing some of Gene's fine results with it. Nothing here up to that, but I did have fun with the first roll. Zuiko 35/2.8 lens, Kodak Gold 100, drugstore development and scanning. I took the edge off the oversharpening they do, by editing the scanned pictures in gimp. Seems that when I save the picture, it drops the sharpening. The site of our neighborhood hardware store. They knocked the building down. It's going back up as a condo, with the hardware store on the first floor. How do they afford being out of business so long? One of my usual spots to walk around.. Another favorite spot.. This camera really is small and light, easy to take with you. I prefer my Zorki viewfinder though ;D

Michael,
I have an Olympus XA and XA-2. They are great little cameras for throwing under the seat in the car for that occasional shot you need and find yourself without your SLR.
That clam-shell case is almost indestructable and they take great pictures.
I haven't used mine for a long time now, ever since I went digital and now carry a Canon SD-900 around with me.
