A recently acquired Diaxette. The leather case is immaculate. The shutter works fine and I will be putting a film through it shortly.

It's one of those that looks as though it was bought but never used. Wonderful.

You might all note that I made the original post in 2006 I still have the camera. I shall have to find the photos I took with it. I recently loaned it to a friend who was attending a 1950's event. He didn't want to use it. It was just to compliment his 1950's double breasted suit and trilby

Rachel, you should have him take a pic of you holding the camera in a poodle skirt and saddle shoes and a Sandra Dee wig. Don't get mad, just kidding. That camera case looks as clean as a Safeway Chicken. ;D

I normally look at the date of the original post. Perhaps the fact that it was 2:21 a.m. when I posted the reply means that I wasn't quite fully awake. It just seems strange no one had commented on it for almost four years.

I don't know if he would dress up like that to take a picture of me That camera case looks as clean as a Safeway Chicken. ;D And perhaps as nutritious

Sometimes posts get buried fast, and we miss them. I too have posted to forums only to realise afterwards that the thread was many years old.
