Andrew, I don't own a scanner, so I can not post any picture. My last try with this lens has been to mount it in a 35 mm SLR camera with a kind of extension tubes (home made) which allow to mount and focus almost any lens longer than 50 mm. I have tried it at distant targets and nearer ones, with different apertures and the results are... soft, exactly the same as in the bessa, so now I am sure it is not the film flatness, the focus or something like that. The lens is physically excellent, there are not loose elements of something like that and of course it is mounted in the correct way. So I suppose my lens is just a bad example of heliar. . Regards.
