Hello - Two nice XD-series Minolta's for sale. They are sold body only, but if you're interested in lenses, let me know - I have accumulated a lot of Rokkor glass (and others). Reasonable offers accepted. Will ship in US for $7.50 or $10 for both. Minolta XD5 Chrome - ***SOLD***SOLD***SOLD*** Minolta XD11 Chrome - 8.5/10 Condition. ****SOLD****SOLD****SOLD****SOLD**** Can you tell them apart? Best Regards, Mark

"Can you tell them apart?"
Other than what appears to be a small translucent window on the XD11's prism they appear to be identical.

Mickey -
They are, more or less, the same camera. The XD-5 has an improved exposure compensation dial button (that you could probably adjust with a glove on - whereas, the XD11's was in too tight a place). As you mentioned, the window on the prism - that is to light the viewfinder aperture display - that is the biggest difference - and the biggest deficiency of the XD5 in my opinion. The only other difference is the viewfinder shutter: on the XD-5 it was omitted.
These two cameras are even more similar than the XE-7 and XE-5 were - and they're close!
