Got my new scanner working today and came up with these: My father in 1968 at the age I am now. Kodachrome. My wife Sara and our daughter Jenny about 1980. I think Jenny had a sliver in her finger. A tough group of bikers about 1980. I believe this was shot with a screw-mount 16 or 17mm Takumar that I wish I still had.

1) how old? 2) we call it a splinter. 3) when did they get the Goldwings? You've certainly got a bargain with that scanner. You'll find all sorts of photos that you hand forgotten you had. Wonderful memories and wonderful photos. Thanks for posting them.

That picture of your father looks like it could have been taken yesterday. The colors are so vivid.

You and that scanner are doing a good job, especially on that Kodachrome of your dad. Is it me or is there a strong family resemblance between you and your dad?
