Stopped in at the Fargo air Museum, Fargo ND, for a quick visit to try and see the advertised original Zero. Just my luck, it was no longer there having been sold on. There was a Grumman Avenger and a Corsair on display and both very nicely restored too. I have always been fascinated by folding wing planes especially the Avenger. It must be the kid in me. Bob

A fascinating plane ! Ist this the type of plane, which got lost at the Bermuda Triangle in the 1940`s ?

I do believe it is the same type of plane in that Bermuda Triangle incident.

That is correct. This is also the type aircraft that Pres. Bush Sr. was flying when shot down during WW2.
That folding mechanism is really clean! Every one I've ever seen was oily and greasy.
