I began collecting cameras in the early 1970s .... not having much money, this evolved into an interest in repairing all of the nonworking cameras I was picking up. I'm afraid I'm no longer able to keep them all exercised as I used to be able to do when there were only a few dozen to keep track of -- but I still like them, and occasionally I still enjoy taking one apart. You can visit my cameras at www.flickr.com/photos/26262745@N08/sets/72157610757987197/ , and some of my repair stuff at rick =

Quite a nice varied collection, a lot like my collection. Also a nice section of information. Thanks for sharing.

Welcome. I learned home to replace FED and Zorki shutters from Jay Zavier's site.
Rick is one of the best known-web names in film camera repair and collecting.

Welcome Rick! It is good to see you here. Last time you were helping me replace some shutter curtains. I still have several of your superb free-hand drawings.

Welcome! I am afraid I am only good at taking them apart so I have limited my early experimentation to already dead equipment!
