So I set this up to magnify the intermediate image Bottom to top: Leica microscope Home made adapter to BPM bellows BPM bellows BPM Canon FD adapter Canon FD 50mm f/1.8 Canon FD 52mm revering ring Canon Bellows FL Canon FD to EOS adapter (no internal optics) Canon DSLR And it all work a treat! I love using old equipment to solve 21st century problems. Alan

It used to be that you did all this with Exakta equipment and film. But it is very nice to see the Canon F equipment going on strong.

Alan, to get the photo from Photobucket to show directly on your post use the IMG link under "SHARE THIS PHOTO" like below ...... oh and welcome to Camera Collector. If you use Reply rather than Quick Reply there is a Preview button so you can see how your post will look before you send it.

Thanks Rachel - I tried for a while to find out how to get the image to appear in the post, but had to give up (as I was posting from work, and had to get on...!)

I do agree about Exacta, they loved supplying close up equipment, and it all still works with digital bodies.
