about the prices my idea was not to go over 15 in the beginning. And indeed dont let the "old" be a factor in the prices, when i see a more expensive one ill first check ebay and other resources to find out if its worth the money I know where that camerastore is by the way, long time ago i lived in Antwerp, but now its a long way from home (about 100km)

Its about fast reflexes indeed. sometimes you have such a narriow window to take the picture (at least at Brussels Airport) depending from the place you are standing. Most of my plane pictures are not or barely cropped, its all just "fit-frame" shooting when i do this

im just a poor boy going to start with some non workings for display, not spending to much money on them i hope, and then try to restore the cosmetics. When that kind of restoration goes good, ill buy some working cameras maybe is the prices are not to high. But at this moment the money is the biggest problem (as for about everyone i think)

When i go out to take pictures i take pictures 2 things. Macro's of very small creatures (bugs and stuff like that), or pictures of very big iron birds More you can find on the plane spotting part of my website: planespotting.km-fotografie.be

So i want to start collecting old camera's. Type of camera's i want to collect are the box camera's (if that is the right term for these camera's): Now i am not wondering where to buy them (ebay, flee-markets, ....) But i am wondering how to find out i dont pay to much for them, and what to look at to make sure i dont get ripped off
