Mickeyobe asked me to post some of my Moms old pics , I have this one in this computer ,It was taken in 1964/65 by my Mom with her old even then Kodak Brownie camera . This is me at 3 / 4 yrars old with my bestest buddy Spike , he was about a 100 pound boxer and my only friend, We lived on a farm and there were no other kids around so Spike and I became inseparable .He was our closet Nabors dog , about a mile and a half away , but there he was every morning waiting for me, his master's kids were teenagers at the time and had other more important things on their minds so Spike and I would explore the surrounding woods, play fetch and just generally get into trouble together. Anyway here we are sitting on my back stoop one cold winters day . Funny after 50 years I still think about 'ol Skpke and miss him , Lou ,

Thanks ,I was just curious really, my Mom bless her soul was a real penny pincher and literally 10 cents between this and that camera would be a deal breaker for her. I think both the Vivitar and cannon both still work, one takes AAA, and the other takes as and as I said one still has film in it as I found out to my surprise this morning . I put batteries in both to check the flash and took what has to be possibly the worst sefflie ever taken if the film is any good LOL . I'll most likely give them to someone that likes those type of cameras , maybe a kind of Karma thing here for the help I got on my old Pronto my Dad brought back from Euroupe after WWII if that's OK with the mods . Thanks for the info. Lou

I don't know if this is the right place to post these , as I really don't know anything about cameras , but I think it's the right place except for maybe one . In any case if there in the wrong place feel free to move them . We'll start with what I think is the oldest of the 4, it's a Polaroid One Step land camera I think it took some sort on film pack that had a battery in it and if I remember right it took this long plug in type of flash that went on the top of the camera , I know it would spit out the pictures out of the front of the camera and they would devolve in a minute or so . Does it have any value on the open marker like eBay? if so how much?
This is what I think is the next oldest of her cameras it's a Kodak Instamatic 104 and took a cube flash , Again does it have any value on the open market and if so how much?
This one was one of her favorites as it was fully automatic it's a Vivitar PS:20 and under the sliding lens cover the letters DX in the lower right corner and over the lens says Vivitar 35MM 1.56 . Interesting enough this still has a roll of film in it , no telling how old it is , mid/ late 80's maybe Any way I put a set of AA batteries in it and if it still works, the flash sure did I took a rather unflattering selffie and according to the window there's still 8 more pictures to take . I wouldn't know where to get the film developed but Ill shoot it up just the same and try to find somewhere to get it done , no telling what's on there maybe a Christmas long past and at least one really bad sefflie . Again same question as if any value on the market and what it might be .LOL. i57.photobucket.com/albums/g210/cruzerlou/Mobile%20Uploads/NCM_0540_zps4t3tnenw.jpg [/IMG][/URL[/a]] [/p]
and from the looks of it most likely the best of the bunch . It's a Cannon SNAPPYS Fully Automatic , it has 35m and 1:4.5 on the lens cover and I know she really liked this camera . again same question , value if any and what it would be on the open market
Thanks ahead of time for any help you all can be to me in this matter . Lou As far as I know this was the last camera she bought

Please understand that as far as cameras go all I have is whatever is in my cellphone ,that's the reason for the low quality of the pictures of my camera . As to me posting it for sale here ,again after finding out what a fair asking price would be for what I have ,I didn't see the harm in dolig so. I do have several 70's 80'Kodack cameras and a few others that were my mothers but I assure you none are what would be considered high quality cameras as she wouldn't have spent the money on a good camera. I see there is some interest in these cameras from suffering here much to my surprise I just figured they were pretty much junk . Again I didn't mean to break the rules by asking what I have and its value and them posting it for sale at the prices quoted by those that helped me determine what I had . My skin is thicker than that as to leave over being told the rules and I'll post pics, although they again will be low quality ones taken on my cell phone and maybe you folks can tell me what I have and what thier worth on the open market. Not to get too personal but for my times are tight right now so I'm selling off some things ,like my beloved motorcycle and ," I hope this doesn't offend any one" but I'm a gun collector also and I'm selling some guns I looked and saved for years for to find and buy to try to ease things up just a bit . Some of these, once their gone I'll never be able to replace. I'll dig out those other cameras and post pics and describe them to the best that my very Iimited knowledge of just what I'm looking at will allow and should I deside to sell them I'll put them on eBay unless if OK by the forum rules a member here would like to buy them I guess there is a way to private message here on this board . Once again I meant no harm with my actions . BTW if someone ne is willing to walk me through how to use this old camera it's the one I have that I would have some interest in learning to use , again it has a manually focused lens , how you would do this without being able to look through it is beyond me , then there's the exposer timer no idea how to use that either I think I can figure out the portrait timer and someone on another forum I belong to offered me a couple rolls of film , so it someone will teach me I'm game . I have a friend who does WWII reenactments and they LOVE guys to take pics with period cameras .I've seen some pics of him taken with period cameras that if I didn't know better I'd sware they were taken during combat in WW II .They look just like some pics my Dad had . Thanks, Lou

Mickey, It was not my intent to breach any forum rules. I simply didn't know where else to go to find info on my camera . If I've done wrong please feel free to remove my classified ad for my camera . My thinking was that someone that knows and could use the camera might like to buy it . I'm not looking to rip someone off, how could I/ I don't know anything about old or new camera's for that matter. I apologize for ant y thing I've done wrong here. If you feel that removing me is what's called for then by all means do so . I'm not trying to be rude , but I understand forums have rules and if I've broken them then do what your rules say . I thank you all again for the information you've given me and hope you all will accept my apology, I had no ill intent. I won't post anything about this again. Your's Truly , lou

Hey Lou, Please read and believe this. "If you join this forum to sell items or get price quotes only, you will be removed." Of your 5 postings all have been used to garner a sale for your camera.

One of your members Stephen posted this about it , Solved, and it was in your description, it is a FECA Sport 120, which is a ZEH made camera, and identical to the Adox and some other 1930's folders made by ZEH as well. The Feca version is far less common, must not use the term rare, as that implies extra value, rarity can just mean uncommon, and it's value can only be determined by an actual sale. Indicators on Ebay experiences would place it in the $15 -$25 area, but cleaned up and the case is in sound re-stiched condition, it just needs leather restorer rubbed in, it could go for a bit more.
Also as you did not know the film type, 120 size film is fully available in colour, and black and white, if you want to try out the camera. Stephen.
