Hi Dee... camera's do indeed have a purpose but I think we've all wondered at 'WHY' no one can possibly want so many obsolete cameras ... I used to be able at least to say I took these old film camera's out for exercise on a regular basis, but these days as the years pile on and health declines it's now a rare occurance to go shoot a roll of film And why do I have all these other collections At least it will ensure the kids dont easily forget me... they'll be too busy cursing me for the gear they have to get rid of Bob...

Welcome Jaybe, always nice to meet a new collector of anything. If you ever need any advice regarding cameras there are plenty of knowledgable people here who are always willing to help I look forward to hearing about and viewing your collection as it grows...

Hi Conan
candles... thats those new fangled wax things? Have seen them but dont own any, I think they use them in NSW for incinerating the cockroaches as they scurry around..
Have to change my attitude and start supporting the Blue's.. will be moving to Tenterfield this year (not far over the border but back into NSW)

I'll take the chance on being arrested... been in low to mid 40s here for over a week.. cant even turn on a fan as the afternoon storms usually take out the power for at least a few hours.. I rarely get dressed in the mornings (but who's going to see me out here, more importantly, who in their right mind would want to)
