Love my zuikos. They are a bit expensive tho. I am really enjoying the Konica lenses right now. Short flange makes them unusable on CaNikon so they are way less expensive but optically I think rival anything from the era.

Hi folks. I am a low key camera collector and user and lens aficianado. I use a a7ii for my day to day but dabble with vintage slr's and 120 film. I began collecting cameras when I found a 60's era Exakta VXIIA with a Zeiss Biotar 58mm f2 that was in mint condition. I purchased it thinking I could sell the camera and use the lens. When I examined it after getting it home I couldn't bring myself to break up the pair. As far as I know its never been used. I can find no evidence that it has. I got the bug, that was 2 years ago and I now have Exaktas, Praktica, Minoltas, Konica's, Mamiya Sekor, Canon, Olympus, Rollei and Yashica SLR's. Also the odd folder Welta Perle, Zeiss Ikon Nettar, Franka Solida, even a Telka, as well as a couple of rangefinders, a Retina and Voigtlander Vitessa. My go to 120 though is the mega SLR Pentax 67. But mostly lenses, the a7ii has in body stabilization (helps with the old timer shaky hands!) and a short flange distance which allows a very wide variety of lenses to be adapted. I currently have at least 200 I would guess. Zeiss, Steinheil, Schacht, Enna, Isco, Schneider, Pentax random 3rd party lenses in M42 and Exakta mount, and of course lenses to fit the above SLR's. Anyway looking forward to chatting with you nice people.
