Peter I took the tree photo because I liked the spindly shapes and quantity of the branches to the right of the broken trunk. Shapes and directions, I guess. Funny I liked that photo more than the mountain scene. But you guys liked the mountain one much better. Always something to learn.......and that's why we are all here.

your photos are all beautiful! Amazing professional shots.....photos the rest of us just wish we could take. but tell me, to make the rest of us feel good....could ya post a few of your bad ones......just so we don't think EVERY photo you take is a prize winner..... ;D. keep up the good work!
Randy you got yelled at while photographing your neighbor's flowers.....you would have thought they would take that as a fine compliment......well just goes to show ya....ya never can tell..... and tell me did you tell her anything other than Happy Easter? ;D

I always look forward to your comments....they are the best!!! ;D that last one is a photo of a tree stump that the bark has sort of curled up formed that odd shape on top of the stump. hope that helps...

Charles E. Tilton also donated what is perhaps the most notable landmark in the area, the hilltop Memorial Arch. The Roman arch replica was built in the late 1800s as a memorial to his ancestors. The arch is built of Concord granite, 50 feet high and 40 feet wide. Ironically, the Tilton Arch is actually located across the Winnipesaukee River, in the neighboring town of Northfield.
