Nice camera. But it is all in pieces! Seriously speaking, I hope to use one of these someday. Beautiful post in your blog. I did not know about the gentlemen's agreement between Messrs. Heidecke and Hasselblad. Totally OOT: Is this the Gruyere of cheese fame? Thanks!!! I really love the pic quality this can produce! but the mirror-induced vibration is big.. and sometimes the film magazine has light lacking problem. YES! Gruyere's cheese (esp the AOC grade) is excellent!!!!

Interesting blog post. That is indeed a rare camera. Good job on finding one. Did it take long to locate this particular model? Thanks Mike. It is quite easy to find the Original Rolleiflex.. there are quite many Model 613 on the web.. but Model 612 is relative rare.

Hi Colin, some other readers asked me this question too. I took a instax mini film out from the case and put it into the camera. After exposure, I put the film into a empty film case and used my instax mini to develop it.
I will write another article to talk in detail how to do it. Now I m using this method to test my old cameras.

ewu, Kodak made other attempts at coloured cameras. Most were not very attractive. But this one is a gem. Everything is just perfect. Yet another outstanding design by Walter Dorwin Teague. Mickey Hi Mickey Yes. Kodak release many experimental products... some were failures I really like this one... so beautiful! Always can learn somethings from you! Thanks for telling me the designer. Thanks a lot! WU
