You know I almost always had a polarizer on my lens when shooting with an SLR but they are such a PITA to use on an RF that I don't use them with RFs. Come to think of it maybe I as over using a polarizer in the first place and really don't miss not using it on an RF. This does look like a neater solution than the swinging types from Leica and Bronica and cheaper too. Might be worth a try. Has anyone used this setup?

I'm seriously considering getting one of these Kenko devices as I was thinking along the lines of using it with my 635 TLR as well as the intended RFs.

8-)Hi Bobm,Just had a look at polarising gizmo -looks OK but strikes me as a touch pricey. You'd have to be pretty keen to pay that sort of money for it; or am I just being tight?(my wife's nodding in the afirmative) I also have a yashica 635 and have used my slr polariser hand held over the lens albeit with the help of a tripod-worked fine. BTW have you got the 35mm kit for your 635 and have you ever used it? regards Chris

Hello chrisy,
Re the RF thingy - I did think myself it was a bit dear especially when I saw the cost of the actual polariser but as I also have a couple of RFs in addition to the 635 I figured it might be something that could be used on several cameras.
Re the 635 35mm kit, yes I have it as it came with the camera, but have never used it, I also have the clip-on sports finder accessory and a set of Yashinon BAY1 auxiliary telephoto lenses for the 635.
