Walker, Was about to reply to your last post - I understand that although the 'Japanese' Pentacons were fabricated in Japan, the glass was from Dresden. Regards - John John, again that's information that I hadn't heard before. I suppose that's only for the bayonet models? Here's a shot I took last year using a 135mm f/2.8 Electric Multi-Coated Pentacon lens on a Praktica LTL. It's a bit grainy but sharp. It was taken against the light and was a candid shot. I pre-focused and waited for her to turn toward me. She did and I kind of like the results. Young Girl in the Shade, June, 2005 Walker

Nice shot, Walker. The lens quality is excellent and it's an excellent candid. I don't mind the grain at all.
