Will I do like my hexanons. Most of my bodies are bearing up, although the FT-1 has died. I bought an autoreflex TC early in the year. Ebay and good working order. Well, operate the wind lever and the film advances and the shutter cocks. Press the release button and the shutter opens. Want to close the shutter ......... simple, turn the camera upside down. Oh, and the focussing screen is covered with black speckles which would make it difficult to focus.
Bought another two weeks ago and it works! But the focussing screen looks like someone has taken to it with steel wheel. Focussing virtually impossible through the viewfinder.
The lenses are great though.

Question. Is that Olympus Pen F a half-frame 35? And did it originally take a 1.3v mercury battery? I've found some conflicting info online about it. ----- and of course you know, by looking it up, I'm thinking of adding one to the collection....see what you did! LOL

Geoff
Alan Myers (Konica Guru!) did warn me about the FT-1. I would like one though, to make a set with the FC-1, FP-1 and the FS-1. I've got an Autoreflex T3, but it's leaking light. The Hexanons are superb lenses!! There was a Hexanon mirror lens on US eBay last year - think it was a 1500mm. Price? About $3500! Talk to Bob for Konica info.
Regards - John
