I've used Cameta Camera, KEH, Adorama and Hunt's Photo and Video before. No problems with any of them so far. Professional and courteous. Any problems I might have with Canada Customs are avoided by shipping to a US mailing address 35 miles from my house and taking the camera equipment inside myself to act as my own broker. Most times I pay nothing at all as the equipment is below my exemption for the day.

As someone who is training to enter the public relations field I can say equically that PR people do not train staff in customer service roles, that is left to human resources and sales departments. Now in the case of KEH, they decided to go to market with one shipper only (UPS) and from what have gathered in this string a cavalier attitude towards customers, having not done business with them myself I cannot vouch for their behavoir. The very fact they use UPS exclusively will make me avoid their business as that particular courier service are crooks when the Canadian border gets involved in cross border transactions. It tells me they could care less for international business. I have done business with Adorama, B&H and a number of Ebay dealers with no hassle at all. So in my conclusion KEH does not have a monopoly on the used Camera gear market so don't patronise them.
