Thank you Stephen!! The Cloisters museum just may well have been used in film productions, it's a unique place in NYC.
Andrew, thank you for the history of Ayer's/Uluru Rock! Man, that's the most incredible thing I've ever seen. I think the TV travel show I saw it on was called "The 7 Wonders of Nature". Ayer's Rock was heavily featured.
Also featured prominently on the show was the Great Barrier Reef. I tell you, The Land of Oz has it all man!! One day, one day, I'll get down there.......

yeah i'm with Stephen i grew up with star wars and thought 2001 was strange and boring ...matbe if i saw it anew now it will be more appealing. i did see 'Eyes wide shut ' not that long ago and certainly was impressed with the cinimatography in that! also the costumes were great! yeah right haha.
Tommy i swam on the barrier reef a few times-it is very impressive and wonderous...some of the fish are so colourful as you know and some are huge, particularly looking through a face mask...i reckon i nearly swallowed my snorkle once when some giant groper fish came close to me. i thought it was going to eat me LOL
