A Lubitel 166 is currently going on our local auction site. (trademe.co.nz). It has garnered 6 bids, reached NZ$90 and still not hit reserve. Buy now is NZ$150.
Meanwhile, an obviously knowledgeable vendor is selling a nice & tidy Voigtlander Brillant on the same auction site. The Brillant has 2 bids & has already hit its reserve at NZ$26.
Marketing cachet is everything I guess. The Lubi's vendor started his auction with that magic word: Lomo.
Then again, the Lubi is (and I quote from the manual) "an up-to-date and simple in operation camera intended for the widest range of photo amateurs." Whereas the Brillant is just a basic, 70 year old TLR.
