I have several cameras that fit that description at the time of purchase. A few turned out to be real gems. I love seeing the look on a person's face when I show them pictures that came from a $2 junk sale camera.

Semi Minolta III First Postwar Minolta camera. Three versions: IIIA in 1946, IIIB in 1947, IIIC in 1948. Sel;f erecting folding rollfilm camera, 4.5x6cm. Most often with Rokkor f3.5/75mm in Konan Rapid 1-500, B. Very slight difference between models. A=no sync. B=sync.Black shutter face C=sync, chrome shutter face. I have a very battered Semi Minolta I myself.
