....As it's ever been, it's the photographer, not the camera, that takes good pics. Gene Amen to that, Gene! Great cameras don't take good pictures, good photographers do. As to vision ... my eyes have stayed remarkably the same for the past 15-20 years. I need glasses, but only for distance, which makes using a viewfinder difficult...and a large LCD screen a joy. My near vision is 20-15 (thank goodness)!I always liked this quote: "All you need to take the most beautiful pictures in the world is a simple Praktica with a 50 mm lens. Stop wasting your time talking cameras, and go take pictures!" — Hans Vree Mainly because it reminds me what I should be doing! My digital (also a Pentax) has a cracked LCD that makes it unusable - except for the viewfinder and the setting displays within it. The pictures I'm getting are still pretty good... Regards - John

A PLEA TO PENTAX Add an interchangeable mount allowing use of my A110 lenses, and I'll forgive you for the lack of a viewfinder-------------------------------- would probably even buy one! Ol(wishful thinking)Roy PS: Yeah I know the shutter and iris are combined in the A110, but as long as we're wishing--------------------------------
