Hi ! Last Saturday during a light rain, I took a look out of my living room window (coincidentally) and spied the beginning of a rainbow just about 100m in front of my apartment. I grabbed my camera and took some pictures from my terrace. It`s never wrong to have charged batteries in the camera, even it is raining The rainbow ended over a construction crane about 2 km away. Here is a panorama picture ( I increased the saturation slightly, because the 2 pictures had different exposure times ). MIK

MIK, any pots of gold at end of the rainbow?
The lowest picture has a double rainbow, although one is a little feint.

I walked out of my house after a storm had moved on, and I saw the brightest supernumerary arc I had ever seen. I got a pano of it here: The storm was directly in front of me, moving away, and the setting sun was directly at my back. Perfect.

This rainbow is indicating that the pot of gold lies somewhere in the east wing of our Provincial Parliament Buildings. If it hasn't all been spent by now. Mickey
