I gave up fishing years ago when I discovered they were more appealing swimming in the lake or river than staring accusingly at me from my dinner plate.

All my fish stories were true. Honestly. Nothing but the truth. I was famous for my veracity and sincerity. I swear. So help me. Cross my heart. They were all at least as big as I said. My candor, honesty and accuracy were unquestionable. Too bad they always got away.
