Hi Andy!
I think you mentioned that your uncle worked on some film sets. Is that right? Anyway, those are wonderful treasures you've got there!

Andy, these are brilliant pictures !!! Thanks for sharing. I enjoyed looking at them very much. I am just a little bit confused. Aren't some of them from famous movie sets ? Did you take those pictures ? How could you do that ? Did you work there ? Now, it's nearly impossible to take pictures at movies sets ( except you are the director ). The security is insane ... at least here in Japan

Berndt, you've missed Andy's first introduction on here which pretty much explained all. His great-uncle (I think that is the correct relationship) was a photographer with film studios. Andy inherited some of his cameras - Rollei, Nikon - and even better, several films taken on set by his uncle. If yo do a search on here you will probably find the earlier thread(s).
Andy thanks for posting. These really are a slice of film history.

Thanks Dave. I didn't know. Fantastic pictures anyway. Yes these are all taken by my great uncle in the 50's and 60's, long before I was around ('92). I have some more slides to scan from a picture called Day of the Dolphin, with George C Scott. Thanks everyone. Andy
