We have had so many Spammers join and post junk for sale this past month, I have had to resort to checking ISPs to find out where people are before I approve them for membership. Seems to be most of the Spammers are from Asia. This is the norm on my other forums also.

We had spam fritters a week or so ago. That is how all spammers should end up.

Mickey, they tried to stop the supply of spam in Britain a year or so ago. Spam always was a meal of hard times. In Britain it was often coated in batter and deep fried. It can taste good too. I'm not sure about the cannibal variety though.

Hi Dave I guess you eat that stuff in honor of Monty Pythons Spam sketch.

I'm not sure about the cannibal variety though. Dave, I have had Spam twice. Fat and squishy. Not my cuppa - forkka food. I understand it is a national dish in Hawaii. I don't know how it is prepared there. Pineapple, perhaps. Perhaps with very well fermented poi. Mickey

Yep, I have several Hawaiian friends who say Spam is one of the favorite dishes there.

When we took my son's scout troop to Yellowstone a few years ago, one of the boys' favorite stops was the Spam Museum in Minnesota. They had all heard of Spam, but many hadn't tried it so we bought enough to make sandwiches for lunch. The Spam people don't understand the Hawaiian facination for it either.

The Spam people don't understand the Hawaiian facination for it either. Just as the Spam people can't understand how unsolicited email was labeled SPAM.
