Don't you just get fed up with some sellers. I bought a cheap, small item from a UK seller on Monday the 10th April. It was supposed to be arriving by Royal Mail Signed for on or before the Saturday following.(I know it was Easter). It isn't here yet. Seller will not send me the tracking number, I now have to open a dispute. I can get items from Hong Kong quicker than that. In contrast we bought a large electrical item yesterday - early afternoon, from a seller 100+ miles away, it arrived free of postal charges by courier at 1130 today.
My worst such experience was with a store rather than eBay. They charged my credit card within hours after I placed the order, but I never received the item. Instead, I got a series of excuses about why they couldn't tell me the tracking number - - the real reason being that they hadn't shipped. And so on. Turned out the store was going out of business, didn't have it in stock, and couldn't get any more merchandise from the distributor. The bank reversed the charges and the distributor sent me a little present as an apology.

It still hasn't arrived. I have had a few people fail to send items after I have paid for them, in one case £310 but I have never actually lost any money, just become very cynical! Then, last night at 0130 (while I was asleep) somebody put an offer in on an old lens that I am selling on ebay then withdrew it an hour later. What was the point of that!? The item arrived this morning. It was posted on the 15th! Why can't people be honest? All they have to say is that they were ill or something........ So I waited in for the post on the 15th and 18th wasting my time.
