Is anyone still around and about? With all the recent increase in shooting film, especially among younger photographers, I would expect a few more new members since last November.
My name is Andy, and I've been making pictures since I picked up my grandfather's Kodak Tourist as a small boy. First camera was an old Imperial Duoflex with reflex viewing, first 35mm a C-3 brick, and first SLR a Praktica, which I acquired in high school. My film gear generally fell into disuse in the early 2000s but I joined the film revival a couple of years ago. The complete outfits I own and shoot with on a regular basis include, in chronological order:
Two Leica IIIc models with an assortment of lenses Zeiss Super Ikonta, also pre-war Rolleiflex 3.5 EMS Kodak Retina IIIc with both auxiliary lenses Hasselblad 500C with many accessories, and 50mm, 80mm. 150mm. and 250mm lenses Pentax Spotmatic with 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, 135mm, and 200mm lenses Rolleiflex SL35 and SL35E with 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, and 135mm lenses Nikon FTN with 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, 105mm, 135mm, and 200mm lenses Rollei 35 pocket camera
Would love to hear from other dedicated film users!
Andy

Hi Andy and welcome to the group. It can be a little slow at times, but people do read new comments and posts.
Sounds like you have some serious equipment there. The Retina and Leica would fit nicely into my collection.
There are many groups on facebook that cater for film photographers, Nikon, Leica, Rollei users etc, I suppose the immediacy of response from members to posts is the greater attraction.
This group is mainly about collecting cameras rather than using them with film as we do. Read through and enjoy the old posts.
Post some pics of your particular cameras, if you tried earlier and weren't successful, its because its your first post. One or two members here are fans of your cameras and will be interested.

Welcome Andy, the forum may seem slow but it lights up if an interesting topic is thrown in.
You have some collection! I am also a happy owner of a Retina IIIc and a few Spotmatics with lenses.
Show us your cameras, pictures, or ask some question and you will see more movement. Lots of knowledge in this forum (excluding myself)

Hi Andy.
I don't spend as much time here as I used to, but it's an interesting group. I just sold a vast amount of my old cameras (although I kept two barrister cases full).
