Wow ... I didn't know. But here in Japan, camera shops do look like if there wouldn't be any other cameras than japanese on this planet anyway ... hahaha ...

Oh I know, what "lomo" is, I just couldn't get the connection to your camera, which obviously isn't some toy camera at all

I like the FD 35-105 mm lens, even mine is unfortunately a little bit moldy It has a wide range, still staying at F:3.5, if you like ... and MACRO, as I remember. Not many modern zoom lenses can promise that ( if any at all ). I used mine "just" on my digital GH1, but my first test shots didn't turn out that bad. I might need to find one in better condition. Makes a nice and flexible walk around lens on a film SLR like yours. But Hans ... I didn't exactly understand ... what did you mean by "lomo" ?

I'm with the grieving community ... okay, just kidding. I use digital cameras as well, not for "serious photography" though, but for snapshots along the way. Your film cameras will forgive you

Good stuff. Looks like that at least the first two ones are selenium meter based. Does it still work ?

Some sellers need to learn it the hard way I would just put something on E-Bay with a start price of 99 Cent if being sure, that it will never ever be sold at that price. Nice find and bargain I also bought a ( different ) Minolta yesterday, just out of some mood. Found it in the junk box of my favorite camera shop, but it was perfectly working. Not 99 Cent ( that might have been the price, the guy got, who sold it to the shop though ), but still cheap, considering that the shipping costs would certainly have been higher, if I would have bought it on an auction. 500 Yen ( app 6 USD ) for a Minolta AF-Tele. No idea, if it can take good pictures though. No manual options, just a P&S ... but I like the concept of switching two lens types ( 38 mm and 60 mm ) instead of using a zoom lens. However, they could have made more out of this idea and provide a brighter 60 mm lens, I think.

Same here. My nephew could handle an iPad before even being able to talk ... seriously.
