I finally took the canon EOS 1n out for a spin. Loaded with 1998 vintage agfa APX 100 developed in D76. My subject where the German WWI bunkers, trenches and anti tank moat, now preserved as a heritage site in the woods outside of Antwerp.
These bunkers were there as a first line defence to protect the fort, hidden in the woods.I mainly used the canon 50mm 1.8 and the 24mm tilt shift lenses. Because of the low light I had to use handheld shutter speeds of around 1/20 to1/40th of a second which showed in some of the shots not being as sharp as they could be. Some of the 70 bunkers still there have been adapted as hibernation an sleeping spots for different species of bats.
