So why didn't anyone else bid on this Carl Zeiss Jena 135mm f/4 Sonnar with the original box? Darned if I know. It's missing the lock pin but that's easily enough replaced by one from an old parts lens I have. All else looks to be OK. I hope to have it in-hand by Saturday or Monday. I'll report back then. I already have a nice CZ jena "S" 135mm f/4 lens for my Exaktas but isn't having two better? For the price, I couldn't pass it up. Maybe it was that $55 shipping and handling fee Wayne, I ALWAYS check shipping before I bid on anything. It's actually a little more than the lens cost but not by much. It's still worth it even if I have to clean the elements. I've actually gotten pretty good at disassembling and reassembling Eastern Bloc lens. I'll let you know what I get when it's here. Walker

The Sonnar arrived today. The inside surface of the front element requires cleaning but that shouldn't be a problem. The locking pin for the mount lever to catch also needs to be replaced but I have one on a parts lens. All else seems to work well so I'd say it was a good buy.
