Hi there everyone, I just got a Canon T50 from evilbay to play with. Other than having to clean a massive amount of corrosion off of the battery contact on the battery door, and in a few other non-vital spots, and super glue the contact back on the door all is well. So well in fact, I forgot that I had placed a roll of film in it earlier, and ended up shooting it up playing. Hehehehe

Hi malkav, Sounds like you're having fun with that Canon, and that's what it's all about. Just be careful with any super glue around viewfinder windows, mirrors or lens glass as the gas given off by the glue drying will usually frost your glass for good. Have you got any other FD glass for your Canon? Hope to see a few pictures with this new camera.

Hi Just plain Curt,
I'm having a ball with the camera, thanks.
I was very careful with the super glue when it was drying, luckily the battery door is on the right side, and I was able to support the camera on it's left side till it finishes curing.
I have 3 other lenses a 28mm nFD, a 135mm FD, and a 35mm FD for this camera, my AV-1, and FTbn.
I hope to get the film developed soon.
