.......Well, you won! There is nothing on that page now except the word "Copyright" and some Japanese text...... Paul: I just looked at that Japanese site again...and my pictures are still there. I can't read Kanji...and web translators butcher the copy so much I can't tell what it is really saying. As a forum, it could be promoting the old Mamiya, and acknowledging where the shots came from, but I wouldn't know. For that kind of use, I would gladly give permission. Still, I would think common courtesy alone should have caused an inquiry, or at least a notice that they intended to use the shots. Would an "I hope you don't mind" have hurt so much? Perhaps I'm too "old school" after all.

...The following link is given to you for a brief try out. It is not designed to take over your life and for you to end in the divorce courts! www.copyscape.com/about.phpPaul: I tried the Copyscape link. I came back with three items...two of them were on pages with links to my site, and the third was my site...with the 50megs URL that I used from the host server until I purchased my Mamiya35Collectors name! Except for the occasional eBay fraud (and that pesky Japanese forum page ), looks like I can go back to my Glenlivet in peace! ;D

..........Yes I do absolutely agree with you Ron, but in the end, like the neighbour who borrows my lawn mower whenever he thinks fit, one has to shrug ones shoulders and get on with life! Oh, I quite agree, Paul! Violating my copyright is an annoyance only, since I do not make a living with that site. But perpetrating a fraud using my images is another thing...and I don't think I would shrug my shoulders at my neighbor and my lawn mower, either! LOL! ;D
