Randy, I know you will see this. Pierre from France on the Minolta site gave me this info to check out my Minolta A-2. Looks like useful info for both of us. pheugo.com/cameras/minoltaa/minoltaa.htmlIf you go to the guy's home page he has info on several other cameras as well.

Thanks Dan, definitely another "keeper" site to add to my favourites list.

You're welcome Curt.
I bought a Minlota A-2 RF camera that had a broken winding shaft but has the 2.8 Lens.
Last night I bought another A-2 with a 3.5 lens and a sticky shutter. I hope to put the 2.8 lens on this one.
I also bought another A-2 with 3.5 lens that the guy says works fine and he recently took pictures with it.
Hopefully, when I get done swapping things around I will have both 2.8 and 3.5 examples of working Minolta A-2 cameras and this site tells how to set up the focus.
Sure would like to see a repair manual on the A-2.

Another thank you Dan. It is bookmarked for future use as you never know when you find one. Good luck on your project.
