This is not really camera related but binoculars do have lenses. I picked up an old set of binos from 1918 or so which were very hazy. I managed to tear them down, clean all the lenses and prisms and reassemble them. Great stuff, you can actually use them now. Except one barrel looks higher than the other. I now know what they mean when they say never tear down binos. Anyone one have any suggestions on how to coliminate the two barrels so the both look the same way? I am about to try the trial and error approach to prism adjustment and hoping that there was a less painful method.

Alls well that ends well as the saying goes. Spent 1hr playing with the prisms till it clicked into the right spot.
