Shot these at the same air show as the ones in another thread. Used the little Pentax with 18, 24, and 50 mm lenses. The tiny SLR drew almost as much attention along the flight line as the aircraft! A young photog (shooting a Nikon DSLR with a lens about a mile long!) asked to look at it. After shooting a couple of frames, he didn't want to give it back! The Pentax 110 was just about the only high quality SLR made in that film size. I think they always were sold with a body and three lenses--atleast that's how they always are advertised. I had the Kodak Model 60 which was a nicely made camera and had a great lens (Zeiss, I think) but 5x7 was about as big as you could ge on prints from Verichrome B&W film--even developed in Microdol.
Great shots! That looks like a for real Zero.

Wayne--That is in fact a real Mitsubishi Zero-sen. It is one of only three left flying in the world. It has been re-engined with a Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp of approximately the same size, weight and power as the original Sakae radial which is no longer in existence any where, that anyone knows of anyway. I have 8X10 prints from this camera which will knock your socks off. Pentax really did it right with this tiny little SLR! Roy
PS I found a source for excellant processing of 110, and have the negatives burned staight onto a CD. Turn around is 2 HOURS!! My local Wal-Mart!! Y-A-A-Y

Glad you got the links fixed. You are getting good results with that Pentax 110 and I'll bet not breaking your back carrying it around. Those Sea Furies are one of the most impressive single engine piston fighters I have ever had the please to view. That Zero looks dainty but deadly and I agree with that old adage too. Keep the air show photos coming.
