Saturday, I'll be walking down the isle. No, I'm not getting married or renewing my vows, I'm giving away the bride. No, it's not one of my daughters, and it isn't one of my sisters. I'll be giving away my 73 year old Mother. She will be running off to Missouri to live on a horse ranch after the wedding. Isn't life wonderful, to be able to start over at that age? It makes me think things ain't so bad afterall. ;D

Congratulations to your mother and to the groom. If I ever get to Missouri perhaps she can teach me how to ride.

Congratulations to you and your mom. She won't be giving me any riding lessons. Horses can sense fear.

Randy,
That is simply GREAT!!!!!
When I was working in the county clerks office and processing marriage licenses, it always thrilled me to see senior couples come in to apply. The radiance on their faces, just the whole body language exuded a flooding of love.
In contrast, many of the young couples would come in arguing and you really wanted to tell them to hold off on the license.
And proud you seem, Randy!!
