What are you doing for your special Valentine. I am taking the Lil' redhead for a romantic dinner especially put on for this day. Then we are going dancing and then maybe she will give me my VALENTINE ;D

Babysitting our granddaughter this week so we'll have some sort of celebration with her--and of course something appropriate for my Valentine of 40 years.

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to her job, and we will go out to the restaurant were I asked her to marry me.

We celebrated (sort of) last Saturday. Went to a "Valentine's Day" benefit dinner where they were also offering ballroom dance lessons. Dress-up charity event, nice evening, my wife had a good time, I learned I cannot do either the foxtrot or the salsa....but the key was "my wife had a good time." Of course, I'm not entirely off the hook for Wednesday..... ;D

We took some dance classes last fall. It was good exercise and actually sort of fun. I have already forgotten everything I learned, however.

Wish I were doing any of the things you guys suggested but things get in the way. Sunday night I tore out the cartiledge in my knee at work before I'd even had a chance to buy a valentine's card. No dancing, romancing (of any sort, hubba hubba) or fancy supper since I'm restricted to the house by crutches, a leg splint and the Worker's Compensation board. Guess I'll need to make up a personal IOU for later since now she has to walk the dog, take out the garbage, etc. Some Valentine's gift huh, LOL.

Hey, Curt that is a bummer. I am really sorry to hear it. The heck with valentines you just get well. Spring photo time is coming. PS I took Donna out last Sat. and bought her a new dress and heels for the church banquet next sat.

Thanks Rick. Yep, I'll have to work on getting the old body back in photography shape by spring. Too darn many cameras to try out and after only two days of forced solitude, I'm going stir crazy here. Must be part free-range chicken or something, I just hate being laid up like this. A church banquet sounds like a lot of fun. Hope you and your little lady have a great time.

Hey you could build a cheapo lightbox, read my post, and do some indoor camera photos. use B&W and you can use some small table lamps.
