Here are a couple of pictures from my first roll with a Minolta SRT-201. I used Gekko MW 100 ISO film. Sold by Mitsubishi, but the package says 'made in Europe'. I have the MC Rokkor 50/1.7 lens. I like this camera and the lens is in excellent shape. It was a $40 investment to try out a model I've always admired. This fellow was anxious for his owner to come out of the shop. There's a kind of free swing dance meeting in the park on Sundays. I was attracted by this fellow.

Michael, it looks like $40 well spent. Nice images and nice-looking puppies too! Keep it up!

Great pictures! That SRT is a keeper, eh?

It is a keeper -- everything's good about it, except... some largish specks on the ground glass. I don't notice them when I'm intent on getting a picture, though. And they don't show up on the film! So probably not worth a CLA..

Ron, I'll take your advice. Thanks! I'll leave well enough alone, it's a fine camera otherwise. And a cla would triple the cost of the camera.
