It looks very much like a Kodak No.2 Cartridge Hawk-Eye Model C. If so it will take 120 film. Is there no identification stamped on the handle or on the camera's back panel? Mine is made in Canada.
It might also be a Kodak Rainbow Hawk-Eye No.2 Model C. I have one that looks black until examined in good light when it is green. Also takes 120 film. This is made in U.S.A. Identification is on handle and back panel and stamped in the metal baffle inside the camera.
Both of them have swivelling latches on the top left and lower right.
