My little Canon SD700 IS digicam snuggled up to my black Bessaflex. I often travel with this pair -- the Bessaflex loaded with B&W and the Canon loaded with pixels Gene

Gotta admit, I still can't get revved up by digital cameras (although I sure can't argue with the results you guys have displayed) but that Bessaflex sporting a Macro Takumar does the trick for me.

And the camera taking the photo is....? It's done a great job. Mutt & Jeff look great, but you aren't going to tempt me I'm afraid. I know my limits, and I'll stick rigidly to them. I will....

Randy, Curt, John, thanks for commenting.
The Bessaflex is just plain fun to use, and it looks nice too. Just got the Super Macro Takumar and look forward to using it heavily this spring.
John, I took this with an older pocket digi -- a Canon S45. It's a bit old and beat up and is the camera I take out into bad weather. Still takes good pics though for a 4 megapixel cam.

Gene - You can get good pictures from a 2 Mpx cam (although that's as low as you can go) All depends what you want to use them for. On here we'd never know the difference, but if you were printing them......

Gene,
I like your little Canon.
I have a similar SD-900 that takes fantastic pictures.
