A fun, as well as handsome camera, the leatherette must be experienced to be appreciated. It felt like a suede leather I got it last month in a flea-market, next to a beat up Pentax ME Super and a very dodgy Olympus 35 EC. No, the lens is not hit by a hammer, that's the reflection of the umbrella. I kinda like it because it freaks people out when they see it In fact, the lens is *very*very* sharp....!! And oh, when you trip the shutter, you'd think someone just slap you upside the head, it is *that* loud ;D

I had a TC and the leather shrank something awful...I ended up putting gray paradise snakeskin on it and then Bob bought it from me...in fact, I'm suprised he hasn't posted a pic of it here. That TC looks like new, I echo Ron's remark!

My TC is showing its age. That doesn't concern me as much as the fact that having cocked the shutter and pressed the release, the shutter doesn't fire until I turn the camera upside down. For some reason this makes photographing difficult.

Geoff,
"the shutter doesn't fire until I turn the camera upside down."
Perhaps this explains it......... "Location: Down Under"
