Hi, Alex
You have an interesting collection. I like specially Argus (The Brick) and Kodak 35, because I'm not at all familiar with them.
What is your score to that 200mm JC Penney lens?

Hi Alex, Nice collection you have there. I have most except the Steky and Yashica A. Yours sure look to be in great shape. Can't wait to see the other thread with more of your collection. Thanks for sharing these with us.

That's a nice Miranda. Looks like a fairly early model. I don't have a clue on Minoltas but there are a whole bunch of "Minoltonians" on this board.

Consider me a Minoltonian!! Nice XG1, I like the grip too. I have a few Minoltas but the XG1 is and will always be a classic.
Like the vintage phones too in that shot!

Hi Alex, I am a total Rokkor lunatic! And a Minoltian to the bone. I like the leatherette of the XG-1 - but my working tool is the XD-7. Besides, for all that are interested: I accepted the honorary appointment of a co-admin of a flickr group specializing in the XD series of cameras. There I can run riot in my lens addiction... You may peek a look here: www.flickr.com/groups/xd-11New members will personally be welcomed either by me or the group founder Roger "Tigersight". :-) Best regards Peter

A Mamiya ZE ... I knew there was a reason I should have been quicker to welcome you to the Camera Collector. Others will tell you I'm a Mamiya fanatic -- even though my collection has almost as many non-Mamiya as Mamiya in it. I should have had someone giving me the limiting advice years ago, too. Collection is at 150+ and it grows a tiny bit each time I turn around...despite my best intentions, and resolve to thin the herd. I use almost all mine, too. Trouble is, when the collection gets this big, even using one for a week and then going on to another, it still takes three years to use them all! ----- Oh....and Randy....a few Minolta? That's like saying I have a couple of Mamiya!

Hehe fellas,
I plan on accumulating more cameras in the future, as I find this hobby intriguing and fun.
I've been sifting through ya'lls camera photos and am beyond impressed! Hopefully soon I can post some higher quality images. My kodak easyshare digicam doesn't do the vintage cameras justice.
I have enjoyed being here a lot so far and already learned a little, at least I can SORT OF identify better cameras from "bad" ones.
