Work is progressing on the new greenbelt that is being created by uncovering the creek that has flowed UNDER town for 80 years. The bridges are made from roof trusses from a building over the creek that was torn down. D300--20mm Nikkor

Wayne, Great shots, nothing makes me feel better than seeing something returned to it's former glory especially something like the creek you have shown. Please, can you post some more shots as this project progresses Dave

Wayne,
That bridge is very attractive and will, I am sure, be a significant part of a beautiful and well used, appreciated landscape when the project is done.

Of course on the DSLR the 20mm Nikkor is only 30mm but it find myself using it more and more as a "walk around" lens. It just gives a nice perspective with very little distortion. I'm looking forward to the project being completed. It's only about a block from where I work and will ne a nice place to go a lunch time.
