This picture was taken by my father in July, 1973, with an Exakta RTL-1000. Film was Tri-X at 650 developed in D-76 for 8 minutes at 68 degrees. The sentiments painted on with shoe polish are interesting. Walker

I miss the 70's.
Shoot, I miss the 20th Century.
Nice shot, though, love the tones.
Film rules.

I wonder how much Buck and Essie appreciated their friends' humor? The car my wife and I started on our honeymoon with was filled with balloons...hundreds of them! The neighborhood kids had a ball chasing them, as we just opened the doors to get them out! When we finally got underway, we found some enterprising friend had dumped confetti in the duct work as soon as we turned on the air (and it was hot in late June)! D**n vents blew confetti off-and-on for at least 200 miles! We laugh about it now, but were steamed at the time!

After my wedding, we had a party at my inlaws' place. One of my brothers in law got into a car parked outside, and put confetti through the luggage in the boot. Fortunately for me, it was the matron of honour's car......
