That poor old TV, remember when old guys used to have shops chocked full of oscilloscopes and tubes to fix tv's?? Now we chuck 'em and buy another from Korea or China. Still, some of these had nice wooden cabinets, great for hobby woodworkers like.....

Like the old floor model radio cabinets from the 1920s, '30s and '40s. Some of them were beautifully made. When I was a kid we would pick up those radios at the Saturday auction for less than a dollar--just to experiment with. And most of them still worked!!
