Hi all, Just got myself a new mobile phone (cellphone) with a camera built in. I wasn't expecting much from the camera, but I tried it out today and was surprised by the results. Take my picture with your new phone, Grandad Now I'm really speeding! Concentration on a Gameboy Anyway, for a tiny mobile phone camera, what do you think? PeterW

Looks good, Peter. One of our daughters has the I phone and it takes amazingly clear and sharp photos--probably as good as those from our 4 mpx Canon P&S..
Is that your electric runabout? I developed an appreciation for those when I broke my ankle. A lot of the larger stores over here have them available free for customers with disabilities.

Yes, Wayne, it is. I love it. I can get about independently. Without it I'd be housebound most of the time.
A few of the larger supermarkets here have them, and hand-propelled wheelchairs, for use by disabled customers.
Bob, It's a Samsung SGH-J700i. I tried out several phones in the shop and picked this one because I liked the handling. The camera (which was not one of the features that made me get it) is just under 2 megapixels, and I must come clean, I applied a small amount of Unsharp Mask (about 30%) in PS before I posted the pics but I didn't touch the colour or saturation. The pics are fine for album prints but they pixellate if you try to blow them up more than about 6x4 inches.

First of all, your grandson is a handsome little devil. What a cutie!!! And the phone pics look great for what they are!! Mine don't even look good on the phone, never mind trying to blow them up to an actual snapshot size.

It's amazing what they are packing into tiny packages now. Speaking of which, that's a nice looking package on your scooter! Roy
