Hi all ! I took these pictures during my summer holidays. It`s the Zeppelin NT ( New Technology ) owned by the German Zeppelin Shipping Company. They have been built since the 1990`s in Friedrichshafen/Germany and with this one you can make a round-trip over the lake Bodensee ( sadly to expensive for me ) with average speed of 70 km/h ( sorry, i dont know the conversion in miles ). This model got three 5,9 Liter Four-Cylinder Boxermotors with 200 HP each. I hope you like it, MIK

I particularly like the No. 3 shot over the lake. I've always thought it would be fun to take a trip on a zeppelin -- especially since they don't use hydrogen gas anymore!

I STILL have a pile of Nikons. Considering starting a collection of Ricoh SLRs and RFs.

Very nice! It's amazing how the wheel turns. Lighter-than-air ships are showing up here and there now. I well remember the US Navy flying their blimps into NAS Moffet near San Jose when I was a lad. They drove my dog CRAZY! Roy

You learn something new everyday, I didn't realize that blimps were being built again at the traditional home of the Zeppelins. Some nice photos, especially the one over the lake.
