Whilst at the Air Display yesterday, I saw a bloke who's gear (waterproof Parka, monopod and HUGE lens) screamed "sports photographer".

This morning, by sheer coincidence the very man, Peter Bush, veteran photojournalist & sports photographer, was being interviewed by Chris Laidlaw, ex-allblack (NZ international rugby football representative), politician, bureaucrat, diplomat and now broadcaster.
Bush began his PJ career with a glass plate Speed Graphic, so his musings on technology & the photographers' art are invaluable.
His life story is also fairly epic & will, I think, appeal to many members. here's the podcast:
